FAQs
Answers to the questions clients ask most before they engage us.
Can you help with real estate financing and loan transactions?
Yes. We regularly represent lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate financing matters, including loan documentation, collateral structuring, title coordination, and the resolution of pre- and post-closing issues. We understand both sides of the capital table, which makes us effective advocates regardless of which seat you're in.
Do you handle both commercial and residential real estate?
We do. On the commercial side, we counsel developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants on the full range of transactions, from acquisitions and joint ventures to complex commercial leases and construction financing. On the residential side, we provide concierge-level closing services for luxury home transactions throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, working closely with the region's leading real estate agents.
We have an in-house real estate legal team. Why would we need outside counsel?
High-volume transaction periods, multi-jurisdictional deals, and more specialized matters often require more bandwidth than an internal team can absorb. We work as a seamless extension of in-house counsel, stepping in without a learning curve, maintaining your standards, and handling overflow work across commercial leasing, acquisitions, financing, and disposition.
How do you approach commercial leasing?
Commercial leasing is one of the cornerstones of our practice. We represent both landlords and tenants across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties: drafting, negotiating, and reviewing leases with a focus on the terms that matter most to your position. Whether you're protecting a long-term asset or securing favorable occupancy terms, we approach every lease as its own transaction.
